Chattanooga, TN –After a very busy holiday season, The Salvation Army and its volunteers are preparing for Angel Tree Distribution next week. In Cleveland, TN, distribution will be on Thursday, December 18 at The Cleveland Salvation Army Christmas Warehouse located at 2920 Barney’s Lane NE .

"Just like the 'elves at the north pole,' Salvation Army volunteers are busy going through the list and checking it twice, preparing for the Angel Tree Distribution. This year, 4525 children and seniors will have a Merry Christmas thanks to the generosity of our community," states Major Algerome Newsome, Greater Chattanooga Salvation Army Area Commander.

The Salvation Army is still in need of volunteers to help with distribution. Volunteers can register online at www.csarmy.org . The community can also make monetary donations online as well.
