It's Finally Here! The Salvation Army Angel Tree Distribution!

Chattanooga, TN – After a very busy holiday season, The Salvation Army and its volunteers are preparing for Angel Tree Distribution Tuesday through Thursday of this week. In Chattanooga distribution will take place Tuesday, December 15 and Wednesday December 16 at The Salvation Army Warehouse located at 5001 Covington Street  from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. In Cleveland, TN, distribution will be on Thursday, December 17 at The Cleveland Salvation Army Christmas Warehouse located at 134 Industrial Way .

"Just like the 'elves at the north pole,' Salvation Army volunteers are busy going through the list and checking it twice, preparing for the Angel Tree Distribution. This year, 4573 children and seniors will have a Merry Christmas thanks to the generosity of our community," states Major Algerome Newsome, Greater Chattanooga Salvation Army Area Commander.

The Salvation Army is still in need of volunteers to help ring the bells. Volunteers can register online at www.csarmy.org . The community can also make monetary donations online as well.
